Happy Valentine's Day...or should I say GALentine's Day?
This episode is full of love, because I have my brilliant friend and coworker, Kelly, on the mic.
To know Kelly is to love Kelly. If you're a client of ours, you already adore her (even when she's kicking your butt in a workout!) Kelly has one of the best smiles I've ever encountered, and carries her kind spirit wherever she goes.
But that's not to say she hasn't faced struggles.
In this episode, Kelly opens up about her experience with secondary infertility and what it's been like navigating motherhood without her own mom, as she passed away when she was in high school.
